Day 16 - Wednesday (01 March 2023) was a day of praise and thanksgiving. I thank God for healing and deliverance. I feel like my "old self" again. Now I understand the ancestors saying, "I am coming back this way." The CLINITEST Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test yielded a NEGATIVE result. Today, I barely coughed, very little phlegm - periodic runny nose, clear thin mucus - All stats were within normal range: Digital Temp 96.7 - Pulse Oximeter 97/98 oxygen, pulse 63 -deep breathing exercises with all ease - tiny bumps facial rash on both cheeks - flat stinging dermatitis on inner left thigh. My guess is that the facial rash is from masks or stress. I think that the thigh rash is contact dermatitis from new sweat pants. I thought that I had washed them before wearing. I continued my OTC routine as the vitamins boost the immune system.
LD worked his magic on breakfast again. I ate while attending a virtual CFI "Sisters" Covenant meeting. After which, I slept for hours. Sleep is part of the healing process. It is a cloudy rainy day. My biggest chore was sanitizing the bedroom where I quarantined for the past two weeks. Under protest the washing machine washed the Sherpa Comforter. No need for such heavy covers anymore. The 6pm Bible Study had 17 1/2 attendees. We had been waiting with great anticipation to explore God's response to Job. Lunch and dinner were light meals. I hope to complete the spreadsheet on recommended foods and supplements to fight COVID. I think that this PLAGUE is going to be around for awhile.
