Day 15 - Tuesday (28 February) is the last day of February - the last day of Heart Awareness Month - the last day of Black History Month. Tomorrow will usher in March winds (where I'm from, it is tornado month). The storms of life keep us on our toes. Virtual Bible Study was good. We finally reached Job 38 where God responded to Job. I think that COVID has finally decided to let me go. I am sorry that I forgot to test myself today. I feel so much better after a very long nap. My cough is infrequent with minimal phlegm. I can breathe through both nostrils at the same time, minimal nasal congestion. Ugly pimple on left nostril - will apply alcohol and Apple Cider Vinegar to it.

Thank God for keeping me through it all. Thank you all for your prayers, calls, cards and words of encouragement. I will take the home test again tomorrow. I understand that it may or may not have a negative result. My medical stats are good: Temp 96.7 - Oximeter reading 97/98 for oxygen and 61/63 pulse -- Incentive Spirometer 1500/2000 mL. The medical protocol was the same OTC meds: Walgreens Cod Liver Oil- Major Vitamin D3 - Qunol CoQ10 - Nature's Bounty Zinc w/C -Robitussin DM - Ibuprofen 600mg - Nature's Truth Chelated Zinc - Vicks VapoRub - Major Deep Sea Premium Saline Nasal Moisturizing Spray - Refresh Tears -

Meals for the day: Breakfast - pineapple juice - rice w/sausage - Lunch- deluxe cheese burger -cranberry/tart cherry juice - cashews - mini- cinnamon bun - water - Dinner - pasta and bread stick -Chamomile tea w/lemon & honey -

Ordered prescription refills on auto phone line - Pharmacy's webpage is offline
