COVID-19 Reflection

I wrote this a few weeks ago after watching Lester Holt's Special Report on the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic. Remembering those who died of complications with the virus evoked tears. I fought back a river of tears that night. My theology on death and dying is challenged.

Is Life really as an hour glass of sand?

Is the coronavirus COVID-19 genocide?

Ethnic cleansing?

Divine Retribution?

Negligent homicide?

A research experiment gone bad?

Whatever it is, fear not, the Lord your God will keep you, guard your heart and give you the peace of mind that surpasses all understanding.

Then I watched the message on The Life Church broadcast, the speaker said:

"Trust over Uncertainty,

Gratitude over Complaining

Prayer over Passivity

Faith over Fear

Attach Faith to Truth: God love you..."
